Are you still training by yourself?
Come and join us twice a week at Auckland domain.
We meet at 6.30am on Tuesday and Thursday.
The workouts are focused on speed and endurance (and we have a range of exercises to mix it up)
Don't worry if you think you're not fast enough, if you can run 5k in 34 minutes then our training program adapts so that you can complete the workout in the 1 hour. All levels are welcome!
